With over 2 years in development and countless improved prototypes, the AVAIR now stands as a true work of art and style with an eye on minimalism. I worked hard to incorporate both straight and curved lines while maintaining a cohesive modern and minimal design that will last and look good for a lifetime. Every detail has been taken into consideration, from the optimized weight-reduced skeletonized and CNC contoured 6AL-4V Titanium scales, to the real BÖHLER M390 MICROCLEAN blade steel imported from Kapfenberg, Austria. Our custom turned screws are also fully contoured to the body and machined in place for near zero tolerances. This isn't an easy knife to make, but with each use, I believe the AVAIR will exceed all expectations as the ultimate high-end titanium frame lock knife.

Blade Steel: BÖHLER M390 MICROCLEAN blade steel imported from Kapfenberg, Austria (Not the cheap China made “M390”) Each blade is also hardened at the same facility utilized by other high-end brands in CN to the optimum HRC.
